Chapolera: Mujer campesina, oriunda del eje cafetero, recibe este nombre por una mariposa que migra a las fincas cafeteras en épocas de recolección. La chapolera fue la primera mujer en recibir salario por su trabajo, tradicionalmente la mujer paisa se había dedicado a las labores domésticas y solo tras la ruptura de la tradición machista y patriarcal, logró disputar su espacio en la vida laboral, logrando así su independencia económica y libertad.
